This lightweight and high-performance hammer is powered by a brushless motor and a durable German engineered mechanism. It is equipped with the constant speed electronics to maintain speed under load. Cordless tool is perfect for horizontal drilling for #3 to 6 rebar dowel applications, dry coring up to 3 Inch and chipping in any mid to upper wall as well as ceiling. It is a part of the PERFORM & PROTECT™ product line, integrated with the anti-rotation E-CLUTCH® system and the SHOCKS Active Vibration Control® system. E-CLUTCH® shuts down the tool in bind up situations. The SHOCKS™ effectively minimizes vibration felt by the user at the handles, compared to rotary hammers without this feature. This tool comes Tag Ready™ so users and companies can attach the DeWALT Tag™ and track its location virtually anywhere via the DeWALT Tool Connect™ app. It is well suitable for chipping in any lower wall and floor, ground rod driving and bushing.
